From educating children in need to delivering critical aid in humanitarian crises, COTW represents our commitment to a fairer, more sustainable, and more equitable future for all.
Improving lives where we work
Since 2006, Citizen of the World (COTW) has supported vulnerable children and families through education, humanitarian relief, health services, and community development. We don’t just respond to crises, we help build long-term resilience. COTW reflects nearly two decades of sustained philanthropic commitment.

Making a difference with COTW
India
TP supports initiatives aimed at reducing illiteracy and providing professional training, in collaboration with Literacy India Gurgaon NGO. Across all initiatives, we reached more than 38,000+ beneficiaries through education programs. Building on this approach, TP developed mentoring and professional integration support programs for students and young graduates from disadvantaged.
Philippines
TP in the Philippines reaffirmed its long-standing humanitarian partnership with the Philippine Red Cross (PRC) through a donation handover and community packing activity held recently at the TP Mckinley Campus in Taguig City. For over a decade, TP in the Philippines has partnered with the PRC to support disaster relief, blood donation campaigns, and rehabilitation programs nationwide.
Peru
Thanks to the efforts of around 100 volunteer employees, more than 240 children from Colegio San Antonio de Jicamarca, in San Juan de Lurigancho, Peru, benefited from educational sessions on personal development and self-esteem.
Greece
As part of our inclusive initiatives, TP in Greece organized a two-day inclusive Sustainability event featuring adaptive sports and a collaborative cooking activity. The event brought together employees, athletes, and partners to promote accessibility, teamwork, and social inclusion. Through shared experiences, the initiative raised awareness on disability inclusion while reinforcing our commitment to diversity, equal opportunities, and positive social impact.
United in hope, compassion, and the aim of saving lives
Since 2022, TP has partnered with UNICEF to strengthen education programs, especially in India and the Philippines, through teacher training, school supplies, and water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) improvements, while also providing global emergency relief. In 2025, we expanded support to education programs in Brazil and Ghana.

Celebrating our global changemakers
The COTW Awards are an internal competition that recognizes outstanding employee-led initiatives that create measurable global impact. In 2026, winning projects supported communities across multiple regions, from TP UK’s social mobility program reaching 1,570 young people to TP Malaysia and Thailand’s 755 volunteer hours restoring shared public spaces.
